  • Sinochem HK received a low-risk ESG Risk Rating from world-renowned rating agency, Morningstar Sustainalytics 2023-04-14

    On March 8, 2023, Sinochem Hong Kong (Group) Co., Ltd. ("Sinochem HK") received its first ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Risk Rating from Morningstar Sustainalytics, a leading ESG research, rating and data firm, with a score of 12.9 and placed in the low risk category. Sinochem HK is classified into the real estate development industry by Morningstar Sustainalytics. As of March 31, among the nearly 300 rated real estate developers in the Sustainalytics’ global rating universe, Sinochem HK ranked 5th globally.
